Forged STRAINER – Y-Pattern – #150 ÷ #1500 – NPT/BSP/BW/SW/FLG
Designed according to ANSI B16.34, Y-pattern strainers are the most commune used ones, ideal for filtering either liquids or gases, generally to protect the pipeline equipment such as pumps, meters, control valves, steam traps etc.
Y type strainer –> An in-line permanent strainer fabricated using different production methods depending on the required dimensions and specifications (e.g., forged up to 2”, cast, machined, or welded). The large screen open area ensures efficient filtration with minimal pressure drop. The filtering area-to-inlet area ratio exceeds 3:1.
A wide range of materials is available for both the strainer body and filtration elements upon request.
